Terms and Conditions
Please read the following “Terms & Conditions” carefully before placing your order with Little Biskut. This agreement is hereby entered into between Little Biskut and you (hereinafter referred to as “Client”). Little Biskut reserves the right to make changes to the Term’s & Conditions without notice at any time.
ALLERGIES
It is the “Client’s” responsibility to inform their guests that wheat, egg, dairy and traces of nuts may be present in our products. Little Biskut will not be held responsible for anyone suffering from allergies.
CHANGES TO ORDER
All order changes are to be in writing. Minor changes to design may be accepted after a deposit has been placed. Major changes, including design, may result in a re-quote and additional charges may apply. No changes will be accepted 7 business days prior to agreed delivery date.
CREATIVE VARIATIONS
Little Biskut reserves the right to make any minor alterations of the design if we deem necessary. Our creations are all custom handmade and no two designs, even if produced by the same artist, are identical. If you do not provide a colour or design sample for matching, we will determine the design / colour based on our understanding on what you have requested on your order. Little Biskut will not be held responsible for fading or strengthening of icing colours due to circumstances that are out of our control.
RE-DELIVERY
In the event that an incorrect delivery address is supplied or if there is no one to receive the products, they will be returned to Little Biskut premises and the “client” will be contacted to arrange re-delivery. In this instance, the “Client” will incur an additional fee for re-delivery.
Little Biskut will not be held responsible for damage caused to our products due to incorrect transportation, storage or handling, once they have been picked up by the “client” and left our premises.
ONLINE STORE
It is the "Clients" responsibility to aknowledge all information specified in the online store including likely shipping times, prior to making a purchase.
Strictly no refunds or exchanges on perishable items accepted.
Little Biskut will not be held responsible for lost or damaged products, during transit.
It is the "clients" responsibility to ensure the correct delivery address and contact information is provided upon check out.
All our cookie products are handmade. Cookie colours and design may vary slightly.
By placing an order in our online cookie shop, "Client" hereby accepts these terms and conditions.
POSTAGE AND COURIER DELIVERY
Little Biskut will not be held responsible for late, lost or damaged products that have been posted due to Australia Post or Courier company's diligence.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
All deposits are non-refundable.
"Client" may obtain a refund (less deposit and product already spent) with given reason of cancellation in writing.
No refunds will be issued on cancellation of orders with 7 days or less to the event.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances and Little Biskut is unable to complete an order due to (but not limited to) injury or bereavement, Little Biskut reserves the right to cancel and issue the "Client" with a full refund, and refer the "Client" to another contact to complete the order.
CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE
A 2.6% surcharge applies to all custom orders processed with a credit card via Paypal.
PHOTOS AND TESTIMONIAL USAGE
We reserve the right to use any testimonials or photos we take of your creation for media related activities such as our website, Facebook, Instagram or advertising.
Copy of any Little Biskut's photo’s for use on another media source will need to be approved by Little Biskut. Please submit in writing your intention of use of the photo.
